Win Your Order Competition - Terms & Conditions

1. Competition Overview 
The "Win Your Order" competition (the "Competition") is organised by Piglet in Bed ("Organiser"). The Competition will run for seven (7) consecutive days, during which one eligible customer per day will be randomly selected to receive a refund of their order value (subject to the terms outlined below). 

2. Eligibility 
2.1. The Competition is open to legal residents of the UK who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 
2.2. Employees of Piglet in Bed, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and any partners involved in the Competition, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate. 
2.3. The Competition applies only to orders placed through www.pigletinbed.com during the Competition period. 

3. Competition Period 
The Competition begins on 25th March 2025 at 00.01am GMT and ends on 31st March 2025 at 23.59pm GMT.  Only orders placed within this period will be eligible. 

4. How to Enter 
4.1. To enter, customers must complete a purchase on www.pigletinbed.com during the Competition period. 
4.2. Each order placed counts as one (1) entry into the daily draw. Multiple entries are allowed if multiple purchases are made. 
4.3. There is no minimum purchase amount required to qualify for entry. 

5. Winner Selection & Notification 
5.1. One (1) winner will be selected randomly each day from all eligible purchases made within the previous 24 hours. 
5.2. Winners will be contacted via the email associated with their order within 2 business days of being selected. 
5.3. If a winner does not respond within 2 days, the prize will be forfeited, and no alternate winner will be chosen. 

6. Prize & Refund Process 
6.1. Each daily winner will receive a refund of their order value (excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any discounts applied). 
6.2. The refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 3 business days of winner confirmation. 
6.3. The refund is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be substituted for cash or store credit. 

7. General Terms 
7.1. The Organiser reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time without prior notice. 
7.2. The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, transaction failures, or delays that may affect entry into the Competition. 
7.3. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the Organiser’s decisions, which are final and binding. 
7.5. This Competition is subject to all applicable laws and regulations of the governing jurisdiction.
