January can sometimes feel like a bit of a lull after the holiday season. We've enjoyed some time off, heaps of delicious food and drink, and it may have left you looking to reduce your alcohol intake this month - or maybe you don't tend to drink alcohol regardless of the time of year. Either way, we've created a beautifully bright and zesty alcohol-free mocktail for you to try yourselves, for those times when you perhaps feel less inclined to party anywhere other than the comfort of your warm home! The addition of the sweet and salty sumac rim adds tartness and flavour to this recipe, while the freshly squeezed citrus and pomegranate makes it juicy and delicious.
